ClassyandExotic is committed to providing you with the very
best Virgin Hair on the market. We are extremely confident and guarantee
the best quality product. We want you to be satisfied with your order so we
thoroughly check each order before shipment.
Quality and customer satisfaction are very important to
us. All of our hair products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure
that they meet the specifications of your order and meet our high quality
standards.
There is ABSOLUTELY, No refund, all sales are FINAL.
Due to health and sanitary standards, we will not issue
refunds or accept any exchanges.
*Exchanges will be issued only if ClassyandExotic
has shipped you an incorrect order. Exchanges must be made within 5 days of
receiving. After the 5 days the exchange will not be honored. You must receive
approval for all returns.

Merchandise MUST be returned in its original state. Hair
that has been worn or used in any way, wet, washed, combed, brushed, dyed or
bleached, has damaged wefts, length or volume modified, or have any alterations
done will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Seal
must NOT be tampered with in any way. (Unsealed, ripped, cut etc.)
- Product
must be in original packaging (labels bans etc.)
- Must
be within the allotted time period of 5 days after receiving merchandise.
*ClassyandExotic has the right to refuse the exchange of
any product if the above conditions are not met.
*Customers are responsible for all shipping cost to us.
You must provide tracking information.
SHIPPING
Once your package is shipped. If you have any issues or
questions about your tracking information please contacts UPS 1-800-742-5877 or USPS 1-800-275-8777. ClassyandExotic
Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is
shipped to your address and someone other than you retrieves the package ClassyandExotic
is not responsible for it. We advise that you please check you’re tracking
information ahead of time so you can know when to expect your package.
Please be advised: ClassyandExotic only ships to
confirmed addresses. A confirmed address is one where billing and bank
statements are received. Please do not attempt to make a purchase using an
unconfirmed address.
Customers with an unconfirmed address. Must contact PayPal
and confirm your address before purchasing. If you do not have a confirmed shipping
address your payment will not be accepted.
FRAUDULENT PURCHASES
Please do not attempt to make any fraudulent purchases.
Making fraudulent charges is a serious crime; if we receive any fraudulent
charge backs any individual caught doing so will be investigated and
prosecuted. PayPal takes fraudulent charges as a very serious matter.
